Changes and Guarantees 

How long do I have to make a change?

You have 30 calendar days to make changes.

The change must be notified to the email info@araneastore.com. You must indicate the name of the buyer, references of the products purchased, the reason why you want to change and a description of the change to be made. The products must be in perfect condition and with their respective labels. Then, if the change is approved by the area in charge, you must send or approach Carrera 15 # 82-04 Office 403 Barrio El Lago, Bogotá. ARANEA does not assume expenses generated as a result of changes.

How long do I have to use the guarantee?

You have 30 calendar days from purchase to use the product warranty.

The guarantee request must be previously notified in writing to the email info@araneastore.com. This guarantee does not cover defects due to misuse, washing, storage or the like. If you receive a damaged or defective garment, ARANEA will be responsible for the exchange and all the pertinent costs will be assumed.

How can I make changes by size?
