For the city of Bogotá, delivery time is 1-2 business days, and the rest of the country takes 1-3 business days for delivery to be counted from 24 hours after the purchase is approved (Applies to all the country).

For international shipments the delivery time is 5-15 business days depending on the destination, these days will begin to count from 24 hours after the purchase is approved.

A purchase may be returned only when ARANEA SAS cannot fulfill the requested order or when the product is in a state of deterioration or with quality defects (Production). Under no reason will ARANEA SAS accept returns of money to the buyer for reasons other than those described above.
